The PA job is to work directly with an international top executive speaking English and some Russian and to make his job as effcicient as possible by organising and assisting him on a daily basis.
The PA work is extremely challenging due to 100% expansion every 6 months and as company is building market presence in Central Asia with a CA headquarter in Almaty.
The Company is building up the office and people resources in Kazakhstan and shall aim to be a leader in its field in 2-3 years in KZ and CA.

Requirements:
A highly intelligent, tactfull, representative and interactive PA who shall be able to take charge of all practical issues related to the Executive's day-to-day business schedule and development meetings.
THe PA need to be able to work fast and be able to use professional oral and written communications.
Tasks include: time management, scheduling of and controlling team and management meetings, selective PR events, travels to Russia and other - stan countries, urgent admin staff [which is too confidential for other personell to handle] and other independent VIP tasks.
The requirements is for a young, high energy and devoted professional with perfect English and Russian language skills. Kazak is an advantage but no requirement.
The work requires some flexibility with regard to workhours and occassional work on weekends, if and when required.
For the right person the position gives a great experience with high potential for professional growth, carrier and earnings growth.
Higher degrees from University and/or MBA is an advantage but ability and attitude are more critical.
