• The Project Manager role shall be to monitor the progress of the design and then the construction of the project.
• The project being a hotel and sport complex.
• The Project Manager shall act as the Investor’s representative in front of the Authorities with respect to any administrative tasks and permitting.
• The Project manager shall report directly to the Investor's representative.
  

Requirements:
 

• Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Certified with at least 15 years engineering or architectural experience, preferably in the design and construction of building and/or sports facilities, with the last 5 years in a senior position managing projects
• Good English language skills both written and verbal
  
• Good presentation
