Responsibilities

  • Assisting team members in all administrative matters
  • Answering and transferring telephone calls
  • Arranging meetings (booking rooms, cars, organizing coffee or tea)
  • Assisting managers in preparation of contracts, different documents
  • Coordinating all business trips and travel arrangements (booking tickets, hotels, cars, preparing travel expenses forms for Finance Department)
  • Filing the documents
  • Assisting in organizing of departmental events
  • Preparing Power Point presentations

Requirements:

  • Completed higher education (degree in linguistics is an advantage)
  • Fluent English (both oral and written), Russian - native
  • Administrative experience is a plus
  • PC skills: MS Office - user
  • Diligence, energy
  • Stress-resistance
  • Strong communicative
  • Time-management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Readiness to work overtime
