COMMODITY: Iron powder high purity ( 95.2% Fe - 98% Fe) ready for melting.
QUALITY AND CHEMICAL ANALYSIS: (The SGS certificate for quality and quantity will be given
at loading stage).
Fe: min 95.2- 98%
A2O: max 0.13 %
NA2O: max 0.11 %
AL2O3: max 0.25 %
SIO2: max 0.04 %
L.O.I: max 0.28 %
PACKING: Bulk (100Kg , 200Kg ... High quality export packing - buyer's option - basis
price + 10$/mt).
ORIGIN: Iran.
QUANTITY: 200,000 MT/month, 2,400,000 MT/year as a 12 month contract.
DELIVERY TERMS: FOB Bandar Abass port, Persian Gulf, Iran or CNF Asia/Europe.
PAYMENT METHOD: Confirmed, Irrevocable, Revolving, Transferable & Divisible Letter of
Credit 100% payable at sight issued by first class bank (this revolving L/C must be issued
on 2 accounts).
PRICE:
- 126 USD/MT (bulk) FOB Bandar Abass Iranian port.
- 136 USD/MT (packets/buyer's option) FOB Bandar Abass Iranian port.
- 144 USD/MT (bulk) - CNF Shanghai China , South Korea (offer your destination port with
discharge rate for best CNF price)
PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% of the L/C value after receiving operative L/C
INSPECTION: SGS at loading stage.
DELIVERY: First shipment to begin within 45-60 days after L/C receipt by the Seller's
bank, following shipments every 30 days as per schedule agreed by the parties.
PROCEDURE:
1. The buyer confirms the readiness in purchase of metal products (quantity, price and
payment method), through sealed & signed LOI + bank details.
2. The seller sends sealed and signed FCO (proforma invoice) to the buyer.
3. The buyer sends BCL to the seller & KTT to the bank of seller about readiness of
buyer to issue L/C.
4. The seller sends draft contract to the buyer.
5. The buyer sends the signed and sealed contract and seller issue 2% of the L/C value as
p bond after receiving operative L/C
6. The buyer and seller exchange the main contract by express mail.

COMMODITY: Hot rolled square steel billets GOST 380-94, grade 3sp/ps, 5sp/ps
ORIGIN: Ukraine
SIZE: 125x125, 150x150 mm (maybe 110x110 mm and 120x120mm)
LENGTH: 6000 - 11,700 mm
QUANTITY: 30,000 MT - 40,000 MT (single lot)
PRICE: 235 USD/MT FOB Black Sea Port (Ukraine, Nikolaev) + 1 USD/MT on the Agent's account
PAYMENT: Confirmed Irrevocable Transferable L/C
INSPECTION: SGS

1. The buyer sends LOI to the seller.
2. The seller sends FCO to the buyer.
3. The buyer sends ICPO or BCL to the seller.
