SIZE: 100x100; 120x120; 125x125; 150x150.
LENGTH: 6; 9; 11,7 m.
QUANTITY: 20-60000 MT/month.
PRICE: $350/MT.
PAYMENT: irrevocable, confirmed, transferable fully funded, revolving
letter of credit, funded for 4 months.
INSPECTION: SGS.
PB: to be agreed.
DELIVERY TERMS: 45-65 days after receipt by the Seller's bank of bank
confirmation from the Buyer, DAF station of transition.
PROCEDURE:
1. The Buyer confirms the readiness to purchase metal products (quantity, price
and payment) by providing ICPO.
2. The Seller gives FCO to be signed by the Buyer.
3. The Seller sends to the Buyer a draft contract.
4. The text of the contract and the appendix are coordinated.
5. The contract coordinated by both parties is confirmed by seales and
signatures, and is sent by E-mail.
6. The bank of the Seller receives (via SWIFT) the confirmation of readiness to
provide a financial tool from the Buyer's bank.
7. The Seller, having received confirmation of readiness to provide the
financial tool within 7-10 days submits resource documents and coordinates with
the manufacturing mills the diagram of shipment.
8. Arrival of the Buyer to sign originals of the contract (or an exchange of
originals of contracts by express mail) is stipulated.

ten banking days.
