Добрый день! Сервер 8.5.1., клиенты 7.0.3. Выдается ошибка: "Ошибка сервера. Не найдена запись в индексе". Ошибка довольно распространена в Lotus. Но, тут несколько нюансов.
1. Ошибка выдается при настройке клиента версии ниже 8.0 (или 8.5.1.). Т.е. если мы настраиваем клиент версии 8.5.1 проблем нет.
2. Идет подключение к серверу, пишет что подключен, потом выдается сабж с кнопкой ОК, после чего закрываются все Lotusовые окна.
3. Все остальные пользуки, у которых ранее настроена версия до 8.5.1 работают как работали - без проблем.
4. Вопрос можем решить только upgrage-ом версии...
Никто не знает как справиться с напастью???

ВОпрос собственно конкретный, был ли у кого опыт интеграции Lotus - Jira??
Интересует автоматическое открытие кейсов в Jira из Лотусового интерфейса... и впоследствии двусторонее общение (в Jira исполнение задач - Лотус как дисплей выполнения)

Может кто нибудь поделится опытом, куда копать, с чего начать, как подружить сие продукты.
Если у кого нибудь есть какие либо наработки по этому поводу - буду очень благодарен!!

Здравствуйте. Я впервые вижу Lotus и мне очень нужно сделать следующее:

Разработать механизм импорта/экспорта документов для созданной базы по следующим требо-ваниям:
a. экспорт документов по выбору пользователя (не всех сразу);
b. сохранение иерархических связей при экспорте (если для экспорта выбран документ, ко-торый не является документом верхнего уровня, то необходимо предложить пользовате-лю включить в экспорт всю иерархическую цепочку до верхнего уровня, в противном слу-чае экспорт не производить);
c. при импорте создавать новые документы, а не изменять старые.
d. формат для экспорта данных: xml
e. одним из тестов для проверки работоспособности механизма будет следующая последо-вательность действий: экспорт всех документов – удаление всех документов из базы – импорт экспортированных данных, в результате в базе должна получиться та же структу-ра данных, которая была до проведения испытания.

База создана не на сервере, а именно в Notes, подскажите пожалуйста, как это сделать? Или хотя бы где об этом прочитать (Желательно на русском)?

Опишу суть проблемы
есть 2 агента, каждый вызывает свое Java приложение
оба использует одну и туже библиотеку
только когда запускается первый то он работает, а когда запускается второй то, он не может загрузить библиотеку, которая только что была загружена.
собственно код инициализации приложения
совпадает один в один

порядок запуска приложений ничего не меняет, второй агент не хочет работать ну никак. Хотя раньше все работало.
Ошибка наблюдается только при запуске, второй проги, причем не на всех компах.
С начало такая ошибка была только на 1м компе. Потому значения не придал. Сейчас повторилась но уже на другом.
Значит все таки что то тут не так.
Помогите! Куда копать?


Lotus Domino R8.5.1 FP3 64-bit
операционка Windows 2003 SP2 64-bit, все последние фикспаки
java 20-й апдейт.

Сервер IBM x3550, 2*процессора Х3560, 8Г оперативной, дисковая подсистема на полке через FC 4G.
200 пользователей онлайн, 450 всего.
из сервисов запущены только smtp, http, ldap, ничего другого и особенного нет. Почтовые базы максимум до 6Г.

В сети есть еще несколько серверов, с которыми идет обмен репликами.

Сегодня утром начались зависания Domino. Работает 15 минут идеально. Затем залипает windows, в domino остается рабочим только smtp relay (видно из консоли) - все остальное недоступно. Таск менеджер при этом показывает нагрузку на процессоры - 3-5%, оперативной занято 3,55Г из 8, сеть - на 1% sad.gif

В логах ничего криминального. Так "висит" 20-25 минут, затем "отлипает" на минуту-две. Если за это время дать exit - корректно завершает работу. После запуска та же история.

В какую сторону копать?

Есть старый, негодный сервер (w2k3 pirate), на котором вертится lotus notes 6.0.5 в режиме "чёрный ящик". И есть хороший, новый, годный сервер (w2k3 license). Задача: перенести Lotus со старого сервера на новый. Вопрос: как это сделать?

Upd: при попытке зайти в domino admin ругается на "your certificate has expired"

A couple of months in to my first ASP.NET project and I'm hooked. I'm completely sold on it and loving the whole experience.

Here are ten reasons I think ASP.NET is so good.

  1. Server licensing aside it's free!
  2. The development tools are brilliant (and also free). Visual Studio is in a class of its own.
  3. C# is a wonderful language to code in.
  4. There is masses and masses of code out.
  5. There are hours and hours of online videos tuturials and presentations.
  6. It's a viable skill to actually find work with. At least I hope it is.
  7. As a one-man development company it's easy and cheap to legally get all the software I might need -- the MAPS and WebsiteSpark programs are great.
  8. There are large and active communities on sites like StackOverflow should you need any help.
  9. There's an over-whelming choice of hosting providers out there and all at a reasonable price.
  10. Hmmmmmm. Can't think of a tenth one right now.

Leaves me wondering what's so bad about ASP.NET. Assuming there is in fact an argument against ASP.NET, what exactly is it? No, seriously. And the fact it's "Micro$oft" doesn't count.

Also makes me wonder why I spent so much time learning LAMP! What a complete waste of time. All that messing about with text editors, FTP clients and damned-awful MySQL clients. The whole LAMP development experience leaves a lot to be desired and is only really for the true geek.

My next step? Learning SharePoint!

Idea:
I think the web service support in Lotus should be modernized and support the JAX-WS (JSR 224), which is the standard web service API in Java from Java version 6.

As far as I know, the built-in web service support in Domino 8.x is based on the old Axis 1.x library. That library is out-of-date, the last update was 2006. The version included in Domino may be even older.

Personally I have never got the built-in support in 8.x to work satisfactory :-(

In my opinion is better to remove any dependence offered by the ideas of ideaspace (to show the whole list of ideas) or in general to change the ideology: firstly, to look for ideas with Search (in any ideaspaces), then paste the URL on the right idea. When you save new idea by link will be to find the name of related ideas and display the name, but not a link.
