It is very difficult to break the email habbit. We need some intervention to remind us that there's a better way just before we reach for that "New" button to create yet another email. I think the right point of intervention would be when the "New" button is clicked in one's email. Maybe when it's clicked a list of options are displayed which include Blog Post, Community Topic, Someone's Board, and of coarse email. If you don't know what I'm talking about, take a look at the attached image, it may help.
A quick glace through wiki pages containing example code (example) proves a systemic usability problem.
The wikis should recognize code (through a code tag? through any <pre> tag where the contents start with a less-than character?) and automatically convert/highlight the code.
Syntax highlighters are usually done via JavaScript. Here's one example: SyntaxHighlighter. Note how it colors the code, gives line numbers, and when you mouse over the code the upper-right corner affords the ability to copy to the clipboard, print, or view the code as naked text.
Basic problem is there is no permanenet setting to keep confirm delivery or return receipt on a client.

If we had this policy it would stop me from having multiple mail templates, one for those with this need, one for those without it. True not a big deal but why is this not a policy setting option?
Rules are great for automatically filing emails into folders as they come in or processing them in other ways. The problem with them is they act on the messages BEFORE you get to read them, which is too soon. And they may not want to file the message immediately when they are done reading it (or they don't remember exactly which folder it should be filed in), so it is left in the inbox to be filed later. But by the time "later" comes, many more messages have filled the inbox and the old message has scrolled off the screen, out of sight and out of mind. If messages are going to be filed based on sender's address, then the inbox can be sorted and the messages can be easily selected and filed all at once. But this doesn't work for more complex rules and is tedious if you have many rules.
If rules could be run manually against messages already in the inbox, users are far more likely to keep their inbox small. This would also solve the problem of mail rules not working against messages retrieved using POP.
Archiving can be processed manually. Why not mail rules?
I now have the option of autosave in the Notes client which can be really useful when typing long documents and (shock horror) the Notes client crashes. I would also love to see this same capability added to Domino Designer. Unfornately it is even more likely that the Designer client might crash whil I am editing my code and it would be really nice if when that happens I dont have to loose all the code changes when I restart Designer.
Note: i am not saying comit the changes autoamtically to the application design. Rather keeping a snapshot of the opened design elements in a separate area where they can be re-opened with Designer.
Even with 8.5.1 FP2 I still manage to crash my Designer client 4-5 times a day.
