The amendments are made to the procedure for application of settlement documents formats at making electronic settlements via the settlement network of the Bank of Russia 2009-03-11 06:00
The Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2186-U of February 24, 2003 (document is in Russian) has made the amendments to the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 1274-U "On Specific Features for Applying Formats of Settlement Documents in Electronic Settlements via the Settlement Network of the Bank of Russia" of April 24, 2003 (document is in Russian). In particular there is established that at making interregional electronic settlements via the settlement network of the Bank of Russia, now payment demands in the electronic form may be applied except payment orders, encashment orders. At that submission of an encashment order, a payment demand on paper shall be made to executive bank in order established by Statute on cashless settlements in the Russian Federation. So the amendments provide certain specific features of filling fields of payment demands in the electronic form. The Direction shall putt into effect since December 1, 2009.
