With 3.7 million fans, Skittles has introduced a Facebook program called Mob the Rainbow where fans are turning the web into their playground to “cause some fun.”

Their first mission was “Valentine the Rainbow” where fans submitted personalized valentines either digitally or snail mail for an unsuspecting person who might not top your favorite person list – the meter maid. Skittles collected the cards, and on Valentine’s Day, the team arrived in a Skittles van and cupid attire to deliver the astonished meter maid with over
43,000 valentines, leaving her perplexed and overjoyed.

Skittles will continue to have new Facebook missions for its “Mob the Rainbow” fans moving forward.
