Tester Intern

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Students of the 4th or 5th year (preferably of IT or Computer Science related departments) or those wishing to change work profile
• Familiar with architecture and computer systems workflow
• Good English skills
• A hardworking person, fast-learner
• Possibility to work full time
• NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY

Junior Tester

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:

• At least 0.5 year experience in software testing
• Knowledge of test technologies and procedures
• Experience in test cases development and execution
• Experience in defects writing and tracking
• Experience in working with bug-tracking systems
• Good English written and spoken skills
• IT, Computer Science or relevant education. MS/BS, last year students
• Hard working and effective person, fast-learner
• Be able to work under control and to achieve deadlines
• Analytically minded, open-minded, goal oriented
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Product requirements analysis
• Test cases and scenarios developing
• Tests execution and defects tracking

Software Tester

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:

• At least 1-year experience in software testing
• Good knowledge of test technologies and procedures
• Experience in test cases development and execution
• Experience in defects writing and working with defect-tracking systems
• Experience in developing technical documentation is the plus
• Good English written and spoken skills
• IT, Computer Science or relevant education. MS/BS, last year students
• Hard working and effective person, fast-learner
• Be able to work under control and to achieve deadlines
• Analytically minded, open-minded, goal oriented
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Analysis of customer’s request, product requirements, technical documentation
• Developing test cases, scenarios, test data
• Tests execution, defects tracking & analysis
• Generating reports with results of performed testing activities
• Analysis of testing results

Senior Tester

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software testing
• Strong knowledge of standard software testing technologies, procedures and quality assurance methodologies (ISO, IEEE, CMM, RUP)
• Experience in planning and conducting different testing activities
• Experience in developing testing documentation (test plans, test suites, methodologies, procedures etc)
• Experience in knowledge transferring and training conducting
• Strong English written and spoken skills
• MS/BS in IT, Computer Science or relevant
• Interactive personality able to work with, educate and advise diverse testing teams
• Interested in being a very strong individual contributor with strong technical leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure, analytically minded, open-minded, effective, goal oriented
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Analysis of customer’s needs, requests, expectations
• Analysis of product requirements
• Planning of testing process using different testing methodologies
• Developing of test strategies/procedures
• Performing and controlling testing activities
• Generating reports, analyzing testing results, make conclusions about product stability and quality
• Conduct work product review
• Participating in test processes analyzing & improving
• Leading the group of testers

Test Automation Trainee

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:

• 0.5+ year experience in software testing
• Willing to grow in field of test automation, obtain deep experience in test automation solutions creation
• Programming skills; experience with RDBMS.
• IT, Computer Science or relevant education. MS/BS, last year students.
• Experience of test automation using any testing tool is a plus
• Good English written and spoken skills
• Fast-learner, analytically minded, hard-working, effective, able to achieve deadlines.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Complete intensive training in field of test automation.
• Creation/Update of automation test scripts
• Scripts execution, results analysis, problems identification and reporting

Tester/Test Automation

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:

• 1+ year experience in software testing
• 1+ year experience in developing test automation solutions
• Good knowledge of test automation methodologies and approaches
• Experience of test automation using any testing tool
• Experience in test framework developing and creation is a plus
• Willing to extend knowledge and experience in advanced automation test technologies
• Good knowledge of test technologies and procedures
• IT, Computer Science or relevant education. MS/BS, last year students.
• Good English written and spoken skills
• Fast-learner, analytically minded, effective, goal oriented, willing to grow professionally
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Creation/update of automation test scripts
• Scripts execution, results analysis, problems identification and reporting
• Implementation of test automation framework components
• Tuning of test automation solutions
• Take part in test automation strategy investigation and development

Team Leader

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:

• 2+ years experience in software testing
• Knowledge of standard software testing technologies, procedures
• Basic experience with testing tools (Rational, Segue, Mercury suites)
• Basic programming skills; experience with RDBMS
• 1+ year of Team Leading and/or Project Management experience
• Strong English written and spoken skills
• MS/BS in IT, Computer Science or relevant
• Able to work with, educate and advise diverse testing teams
• Interested in being a very strong individual contributor with strong technical leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure, analytically minded, open-minded, effective, goal oriented
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Test Manager

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:

• 4+ years experience in software testing
