World Day to End the Silent Holocaust

Citizens of the World Standing Together to End Organized Stalking, Lethal Bullying & Remote Electronic Torture

Saturday, October 21st, 2006 is an international day of awareness and remembrance for victims of electronic harassment and cause-stalking. They could beany one at any level of society. The next victim could be a friend, a relative, a family member, or it could be you.

Remote Electronic Torture

Victims of remote electronic torture are targeted by less-than-lethal electronic weapons in a myriad of ways, often from multiple bases of operation. The effects can be thermal and non-thermal. The scope and nature of the harassment suggests that it is under centralized control and direction.

Organized Stalking and Lethal Bullying

Organized Stalking and Lethal Bullying includes repetitious harassment from multiple stalkers who vandalize individual targets homes and vehicles, harass target son the job and on the street, and engage in non-stop games with their target sthat qualify as gas lighting. Apart of their objective is to alert the target to the fact that he or she is under continuous electronic surveillance. The harassment is systematic, vicious, and long-term. The ultimate objective clearly seems to be to psychologically break the targets and to discredit their reports of the electronic torture.

Who Is Responsible?

The electronic torture is combined and interlaced with the stalking and bullying operations. The perpetrators of these activities are clearly working to produce psychological and physical destruction of the targeted individual. Local police make no attempt to investigate the crimes. Who would do such things? Who has the capability to do such things? And who has a proven history of doing such things? The answers to these four questions are the same.

Agencies of the U.S. federal government have beenengaged for more than 50 years in conducting harmful experiments on uninformedand involuntary human subjects. Notable examples are the MKULTRA behavior modification experiments ofthe CIA http://whale.to/a/cantwell9.html

Recently, Secretary of the Air Force Michael Wynne publicly advocated that the government test these weapons OVERTLY (for a change) on so-calledunruly crowds. Those who were shocked by this suggestion were unaware that the U.S. military and U.S. federal agencies have been engaged in harmful experiments on involuntary human subjects for over 50 years.

We recommend:

Ї Thorough investigation by local law enforcement, the Justice Department, and Congress of the reports of victims.

Ї Enactment of laws to provide adequate investigation and protection for victims.

Ї Vigorous prosecution of violations of existing laws.

Ї Creation of a special unit within the Office of the Attorney General of each state to accept reports from victims, analyze accumulated data; and work with local law enforcement to assure maximum protection of the law for all victims.

Ї Creation of a nonprofit corporation to engage in investigation and research to determine responsibility for these activities and to engage in appropriate legal action to secure justice and permanent relief for all victims. (For further information, contact: Derrick Robinson: dcr618@msn.com)

World Day Events

Many targets of these operations have died as a result of these coordinated operations. Some, by their own hands, in a last act of helpless and isolated despair. And still others, because their bodies have simply succumbed to the continuous, violent electronic assaults. We believe that the voices of these victims need to be heard and that immediate steps should betaken to prevent the future destruction of human lives by these covert operations.
