It supports the brands' growth by offering retail and fleet customers a diversified range of financing solutions and related services, and by providing dealers with financing for vehicles fleet. To support the growth of their activities across Russian regions, our client wish to add to their commercial team an Area Manager.
Job description:
Reporting to the Head of Sales who gives the target to achieve, you will have the mission to represent the bank commercially for a group of dealers.
Your role is to represent the bank and visit regularly the dealers in order to manage the following points: - to manage retail penetration and achieve targets - to implement credit lines granted by wholesale department - to inform and train dealers about characteristics of retail and wholesale products - to animate challenges, bonus schemes and specific actions that improves commercial performances of the dealers teams - to manage loyalties programs - to collect information on competitors on POS for the marketing department - to manage with wholesale department crisis situation in case of financial difficulties
Who we are looking for:
- Higher education - Solid sales background with automotive companies, consumer credit or financial services - Result driven and commercially oriented - Leadership and capacity to convince/negotiate - Passion for automotive sector - Available for frequent travelling in regions - Russian Fluent, English Intermediate

Предполагаемый уровень месячного дохода:
от 20 000
руб.
Зарплата – 17 000 руб. на исп.срок (3 месяца). После исп.срока: 20 000 руб. плюс бонус по итогам работы. Мед.страховка.
Возможность карьерного роста.
График: только – ПОЛНЫЙ рабочий день.
Опыт работы – не обязателен (обучаем!).
Пол: женский, 19-24 года. Требования: образование – от неоконченного высшего. ПК – опытный пользователь.
Обязанности: привлечение клиентов (юр.лиц) по телефону на услугу факторинга («холодные» звонки). Консультации, ведение привлеченных клиентов до заключения договора. Ведение базы данных. Выполнение плана продаж.
