Project Engineer Progect engineer
 
Main responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects throughout the entire cycle from initial concept through successful completion.
  • While on a project reports to the Project Manager, who has ultimate responsibility for effective execution of project assignments.
  • Assists in the preparation of engineering project proposals
  • Interprets Clients' requirements, identifies and address design parameters and engineering constrains.
  • Contributes to the development and the preparation of technical specifications
  • Manages the company’s technical standards and Russian standards (Snip, Gost, OST, PB…)
  • Identifies the particular technical risks and stakes
  • Assists in the coordination of pricing, estimating, scoping strategies for proposed projects; coordinates all technical activities on assigned projects
  • Plans, schedules, conducts and coordinates the technical and management aspects of projects in accordance with contract requirement and within budget limitations
  • Monitors work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, and the company’s standards;
  • Ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants.
  • Reviews and monitors project progress to assure quality and adherence to requirements of contract documents.
  • Ensures that project charges are correctly represented for accounting’s closing process.
 
General Requirements
 
  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering with a first success in project management. Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
  • Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in English
  • Knowledge of a broad range of subjects, from economics to materials
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good team working skills
  • Project management skills
  • The ability to work within budgets and to deadlines
  • Computer literacy – familiarity with MS Office package and AutoCAD

  • Управление проектами по вводу в эксплуатацию нового оборудования
  • Взаимодействие с подрядными организациями
