World-famous international company is looking for Field Service Representative (cardiovascular solutions).
Position Overview
The FSR is responsible for the technical assessment, installation support, procedure support, servicing and maintenance support of consoles and generators at all sites. The FSR must ensure the ability to assist during clinical ablation procedures, at each account, throughout the designated territory and other geographic locations, if required. The FSR works closely with the Field Service team to help coordinate feedback with the Quality, Production and Engineering groups in order to continually evaluate the performance of products in the field.
This is a high profile position where customers will expect to be supported by an expert who can work as a valued resource with all levels of staff.
Position duties will be structured around specific account needs, according to current business commitments and will expand/change according to future business demands.
Job Summary:
Gather market intelligence, customer needs and requirements, whether requested or just observations and communicate to the respective personnel in a timely and meaningful manner
Conduct your work practices in line with company practices and standards, compliant with BCS regulations.
Report all field observations and complaints, associated with products and services, as required by procedures.
Supports implementation of marketing strategies and tactics and customer education programs at country level.
Supports implementation of product launches to reflect business plan, strategies and tactics (price, positioning, promotion, education etc.)
Builds and maintains relationship to local teams.
Actively supports sales force in key accounts.
Point of contact for all related questions for therapy, product, technology, clinical, etc.
Build a close relationship to key ablation/EP physicians in Russia
Build a working relationship to distributor
Supports and coordinate installation support together with a distributor and provide patient case support to the customers
Supports regional activities for promotion, including support for National medical meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor in Health or Engineering Science.
2+ years clinical experience working directly with EP physicians and associated healthcare professionals.
Able to work in EP, Cath and radiology labs and wear lead.
Ability to travel extensively.
Comprehensive experience supporting atrial fibrillation ablation procedures within the EP Catheter lab.
Ability to work independently, self-motivated.
English writing and verbal communication skills.
