For exercise you have to look through these examples:

accsessible - sth that can be easily reached/entered/obtained/used; accessibility (n) Opp: inaccessibility (n), inaccsessible.
accurate - precise/correct; accuracy (n) Opp: inaccurate, inaccuracy (n) apologetic - to say or saw you are sorry for doing sth.
argumentative: quarrelsome, always ready to disagree.
coherent - well-planned clear and sensible; coherence (n) Opp: incoherent, incoherence (n).
decisive - able to make quick decisions in difficult situation; decisiveness (n) Opp: indecisive, indecision (n)
discreet - careful in order to avoid embarrassing or offending sb; discretion (n) Opp: indiscreet, indiscretion (n)
excessive - more or higher than is necessary.
knowledgeable - well-unformed.
legible - clear enough to read; legibility (n) Opp: illegible, illegibility [(n) - not common].

Exercise 1.
Complete the sentences by using the word that under sentences to form an appropriate adjective.
You may have to add a prefix: -isb, -ial, -ed, -able, -ioe, -less, -ible, -ic.

At / on / in (time)
1. At

We use “AT” when we show time:
at three o’clock at sunrise at night

And in next expression:
at midnight | at the New Year | at the time | at the appointed time | at the beginning |
at the end | at the week | at the weekends | at five o'clock | at 11.45 | at sunset | at moment | at present | at night | at the same time

Example:
- At weekends there is a lot of traffic on the roads.
- I don't like going out at night.
- Do you give each other presents at Christmas?
- Emily and I arrived at the moment / at present.

2. On

We use “ON” with calendar’s date and days.
on Boxing Day | on Christmas Day | on the 21 of May | on the first of November | on Friday | on 16 May 1999 | on me birthday

And in next expression:
on a rainy day (morning, night) | on somebody’s arrival
on the appointed day | on the eve of smth on the occasion

Example:
On Monday we go to school.
On Sunday we stay home.

3. In

We use “IN” with long part of time (months, seasons, years):
in September | in October | in the 21 century | in 1968 | in the 1970s | in the past |
in the early (late) 30s | in the Middle Ages
or
in the morning | in the afternoon

We also use “IN” in order to say how soon something will happen:
in half an hour | in a month.

Example:
I'll see you in the morning.
Do you work in the evening.

Exercise 3. Translate into Russian.
He found it a lot harder to concentrate on drills that afternoon and when he left the building at five o'clock, he was still so worried that he walked straight into someone just outside the door.

"Sorry," he grunted, as the tiny old man stumbled and almost fell. It was a few seconds before Mr. Dursley realized that the man was wearing a violet cloak. He didn't seem at all upset at being almost knocked to the ground. On the contrary, his face split into a wide smile and he said in a squeaky voice that made passersby stare, "Don't be sorry, my dear sir, for nothing could upset me today! Rejoice, for You-Know-Who has gone at last! Even Muggles like yourself should be celebrating, this happy, happy day!"

And the old man hugged Mr. Dursley around the middle and walked off.

Mr. Dursley stood rooted to the spot. He had been hugged by a complete stranger. He also thought he had been called a Muggle, whatever that was. He was rattled. He hurried to his car and set off for home, hoping he was imagining things, which he had never hoped before, because he didn't approve of imagination.

Exercise 4. Translate into English.

Но Эсме Ветровоск* такое крохотное царство не устраивало. Она была из других ведьм.
Нянюшка** считала своим священным долгом не давать матушке Ветровоск заскучать. Яблоки, если разобраться, мелочь, ничтожная шпилька, но Эсме беспременно требовалось что-то такое, чтобы всякий день чувствовать: жизнь проходит не зря. И если это что-то -- зависть и досада, так тому и быть. Теперь матушка придумает мелкую месть, пустячное унижение, о котором будут знать лишь они с нянюшкой, -- и утешится. Нянюшка отлично знала, что способна поладить с подругой, когда та не в духе. Другое дело, если матушку Ветровоск одолеет скука. От скуки ведьма способна на все.

Exercise 4. Translate into English.

The wind blew the door shut again as Nanny hurtled off down the path.
It occurred to her that, just possibly, she may have gone a bit too far. But only a bit.
The trouble with being a witch - at least, the trouble with being a witch as far as some people were concerned - was that you got stuck our here in the country. But that was fine by Nanny. Everything she wanted was out here. Everything she'd ever wanted was here, although in her youth she'd run out of men a few times. Foreign parts were all right to visit but they weren't really serious. They had interesting new drinks and the grub was fun, but foreign parts was where you went to do what might need to be done and then you came back here, a place that was real. Nanny Ogg was happy in small places.
Of course, she reflected as she crossed the lawn, she didn't have this view out of her window. Nanny lived down in the town, but Granny could look out across the forest and over the plains and all the way to the great round horizon of the Discworld.
A view like that, Nanny reasoned, could probably suck your mind right out of your head.
