Manager (IT Strategy and Management)
Technology Integration (TI) is an exciting and thriving area of the consulting practice of our client, a BIG4 International Business/IT Consulting Company based in Moscow.
We are seeking experienced IT professionals for Manager position (IT Strategy and Management) who have:
∙ Bachelors / Masters Degree in a technology discipline such as management information systems, etc.
∙ 6-10 years in IT strategy related roles with experience of IT leadership or IT management
∙ Strong background and experience in at least three of the following areas: - IT Governance - Project Portfolio Management - IT organization design and structure - IT budget responsibility - IT performance assessment and transformation - IT product management - Enterprise architecture strategies and assessment - Sourcing and assessing IT products and services
∙ Demonstrated experience in business process improvement leveraging i nformation and technology
∙ Experience with IT organization design and management principles/techniques
∙ Experience Managing large, complex projects ideally within a consulting environment
∙ Maintenance and improvement of IT processes; implementation of policies and guidelines
∙ Experience of defining or optimizing IT operations processes and organizations, often using best practice such as ITIL and COBIT
∙ Prior supervisor experience (project management and mentoring experience)
∙ Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills
∙ Track record of increasing responsibility
∙ Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Russian and English, including experience with executive-level communication
∙ Full travel mobility as frequent travel is required
In addition, ideal candidates will also have experience in:
∙ Prior consulting experience, preferably in a large consulting firm environment
∙ Leveraging overall technical archi tecture knowledge across multiple industries
