There is established the procedure for notification about making certain kinds of entrepreneurial activity 2009-07-27 08:00
The Decree of the RF Government N 584 of July 16, 2009 (document is in Russian) has approved the Rules of producing notifications about beginning of making certain kinds of entrepreneurial activity and record of such notifications. These Rules have determined the list of works and services in composition of certain kinds of entrepreneurial activity, notifications about beginning of making of which by a legal entity or a sole trader shall be produced. Depending of concrete kind of activity, notifications shall be produced to the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Protection of Consumers Rights and Human Welfare, the Federal Medical and Biological Agency or the Federal Service for Supervision in the Transport Sphere to record these notifications. Registration of notifications, putting entries to the register and producing of information putted to the register shall be made free.
