The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 687 of August 20, 2009 (document is in Russian) has approved the list of tobacco production being subject for obligatory conformation of compliance at placing under customs regime providing the possibilities of alienation or use of this production in accordance with its purpose at the customs territory of the Russian Federation. The Decree shall putt into effect since December 26, 2009.
