There has been abolished the Federal Agency on Administration with Special Economic Zones 2009-10-08 08:00
By the Edict of the RF President N 1107 "Issues of the Ministry of Economical Development of the Russian Federation" of October 5, 2009 (document is in Russian), it is abolished the Federal Agency on Administration with Special Economic Zones. The Agency' functions have been transferred to the Ministry of Economical Development of the Russian Federation, which is the legal successor of the Federal Agency on Administration with Special Economic Zones, including on the obligations arisen as a result of execution of court decisions. According amendments are putted to the Edict of the RF President N 724 "Issues of the system and the structure of federal executive authorities" of May 12, 2008 (document is in Russian). The Edict of the RF President N 855 "On the Federal Agency on Administration with Special Economic Zones" of July 22, 2005 (document is in Russian) has been considered as lost its force.
