There are approved the General terms of emission and turnover of bonds of external bond loans of the Russian Federation 2010-04-16 08:00
By the Decree of the RF Government N 217 of April 8, 2010 (document is in Russian), there have been approved the General terms of emission and turnover of bonds of external bond loans of the Russian Federation. The bonds are registered securities, cost of which is expressed in a foreign currency. Emission shall be provided by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. Issues of the bonds are drawn up with global certificates. As owners of the bond, there may be as Russian so foreign legal entities and natural persons.

By the Decree of the RF Government N 89 of February 24, 2010 (document is in Russian), there has been made the amendments to a number of acts of the Russian Federation Government on questions of organization of long-term selection of capacity on a competitive base at the whole sale electric power (capacity) market. In particular, there have been supplemented the Rules of whole sale market of electric power (capacity) of the period of transition approved by the Decree of the Russian Federation Government N 643 of October 24, 2003 with sections determining the basic provisions on organization of turnover of generating capacity since January 1, 2011, the procedure for carrying out of competitive selection of price applications on sale of capacity and special features for its turnover on the wholesale market. The Decree has been published in the Collection of legislation of the Russian Federation N 15, of April 12, 2010.
