There has been approved the rates of export customs duties for raw oil and certain categories of goods 2010-05-31 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There has been approved the rates of export customs duties for raw oil and certain categories of goods By the Decree of the RF Government N 369 of May 26, 2010 (document is in Russian), there has been approved the rates of export customs duties for raw oil and certain categories of goods manufactured from it exporting from the territory of the Russian Federation and territories of the states-participants of agreements about the Customs Union. In particular, the rate of customs duty for raw oil (code of the TN VED TS 2709 00) is 292,1 USD dollar per 1000 kg. The Decree shall putt into effect since June 1, 2010. There are determined the criteria for evaluation of business plan of project of carrying out industrial and production activity in a special economic zone 2010-05-31 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are determined the criteria for evaluation of business plan of project of carrying out industrial and production activity in a special economic zone By the Order of the Ministry of Economical Development of Russia N 158 of April 29, 2010 (document is in Russian), there are approved the criteria for evaluation of business plan by expert council on industrial and production special economic zones. Evaluation shall be made on 11 criteria and shall be provided not later than after thirty working days since the day of receiving of the application on conclusion of contract about carrying out industrial and production activity and the business plan, and in the cases of changing of contract terms - not later than after ten working days since the day of receiving of the business plan and favorable conclusion on it.   The Order has been registered in the Russian Federation Ministry of Justice N 17277 of May 19, 2010 and has been published in the "Russian Newspaper", N 115 of May 28, 2010.
