PROCEDURE:
1. the buyer confirmed the quantity, the price and payment method;
2. the buyer gives authorized ICPO;
3. the seller sends draft contract to the buyer;
4. the text of the contract and all appendices will be coordinated;
5. the agent of the Seller, receives on SWIFT acknowledgement (confirmation) on presence at the Buyer of the required sum of means on the account;
6. the agent, having received acknowledgement (confirmation), sends on SWIFT, this acknowledgement (confirmation) to the Seller;
7. arrival of the Buyer on signing of the prime contract will be coordinated.

LOT 36 (16.05)

COMMODITY: Hot rolled square steel billets
SPECIFICATIONS: Grade 3SP/PS, 5SP/PS.
QUALITY: GOST 380-94.
ORIGIN: Ukraine or Russia
SIZE: any
CONTRACT: 12 months.
QUANTITY: 20,000 MT/month, 240,000 MT/year
PRICE:202USD/MT FOB Black Sea port
INSPECTION: SGS or equivalent at Seller's cost at port of loading.
DELIVERY: First shipment to begin within 45 days after receipt payment stipulated by the contract. Following shipments every 30 days as per schedule agreed by the parties.
PAYMENT: BLOCKED FUND LETTER on three month. Funds in the amount of every 3 months shipment value to be unconditional
blocked on the Buyer's account in favour of the Seller.
PROCEDURE: After Buyer's company letterhead LOI is received signed &sealed:
1.Seller issues to Buyer signed & sealed FCO.
2.Buyer signs and seals with corporate stamp FCO and returns with bank endorsed ICPO or BCL (Format R40).
3. Seller issues a draft contract for Buyer's approval.
4. Seller and Buyer exchange final hard contract copies signed & sealed, by courier.
5. Buyer's bank sends a proof of funds letter to Seller's bank. Seller's bank sends confirmation of readiness to issue BG along with proof of product. Seller's and Buyer's banks finalize the banking procedure.
6. Buyer and Seller follow procedure stipulated by contract.
