Here’s another great photo set from the LIFE archive.

It’s really three sets, all featuring the same super elegant lounging clothes shot in different settings and on different models.

They’re all labeled “Howe fashions” and the photographer is Nina Leen. No date is given, but they’re obviously from sometime in the 40s.

I love this whole look!

The palm tree looking pattern on the dress is lovely.

The striped outfit is fantastic.

This model has a such a cool and interesting face. And that outfit looks perfect on her. Almost a bit 1980s androgynous.
