Hello All

очу создать кнопку, вносящую в поле "Department" список групп в которых состоит пользователь.

В дебагере он показывает, что в свойствах NotesRegistration есть поле GroupList, но оно пустое (точнее несуществует). При попытке присвоить его значение в nr, nr остается пустым (несуществующим). А при присвоении doc.Department значения nr выдает Type mismatch.

Где я неправ?

Писал на основе примера из книги по программированию в Lotus R5
Когда переносишь из вида данные в MS Office или Lotus Symphony, то digit grouping сохраняется (например, 101 000), но это уже не число, а текст с пробелом (-ами). Что интересно, вдруг я обнаружил, что у меня в Windows Vista в Lotus Notes 8.5 цифры переносятся нормально (без пробелов то есть) в Lotus Symphony Spreadsheets. В Excel правда переносятся как и прежде с пробелами как текст. Что случилось вдруг? Может из-за того, что я обновил Symphony до 1.3? Правда не сразу это у меня вышло... Отдельно-то от Notes она ставится просто. Воспроизвести тоже самое на другом компьютере я не смог. Там правда Windows XP. И там я поставил Symphony 1.3 отдельно от Notes. Фокус с нормальным переносом цифр там не сработал. Как сделать, чтобы везде воспроизводился нормальный перенос (копирование) цифр?
Искал на ibm.com Traveler, нашел только для винды, есть вообще в природе версия под Линукс?
Интересно, как выглядел бы хороший "алгоритм становления администратором Lotus Domino"?
Пусть "под рукой" есть машина для тестовых целей и дистрибутив как сервера, так и клиента; на машине установлен Windows Server 2003. Очень нужно научиться администрировать Lotus Domino 7-8, текущих знаний по лотусу "абсолютный ноль". Что и в какой последовательности можно порекомендовать человеку, оказавшемуся в такой ситуации?
Какие-либо книги, учебные курсы, попытки сделать что-то на тестовой машине? Или что-нибудь иное?

Idea:
In Activities you can assign a to-do to a single named individual, or 'anyone' - if assigned to 'anyone', then any member of the activity can mark it as complete.
 
What I think might be quite cool was if you were able to assign a to-do to multiple named individuals, or to 'everyone' (i.e. all members of the activity) - in both cases, the to-do should not be marked as complete until all assignees have marked it as such. This would be helpful in cases where multiple people need to perform the same action, like commenting on/reviewing a document, or booking themselves onto an event, etc.

I spend too much time trying to find the database/template I need to work on in Designer. Working sets helps, but I still have a big list of projects to search by eye. A built-in quick search would be very welcome.

One of the things I miss the most on the Connections Communities is the lack of a community calendar. Communities usually have events, calls, meetings, and so on ... it would be very usefull to have a community calendar functionality ... then it could support iCAL and we would be able to add the community calendar to our calendars on notes... it would be very cool.

since you can do more with LotusScript compared with formula, making LS available under computed text would create new opportunities.
 
for example db.alldocuments and dc.count would give me the number of documents in a database. how easily would i do this with formula?

I have just pruchased myself a wonderful, powerful and sleek MacBook Pro....... and it really awesome!!!
 
Yet being an Administrator, I would really like to see the Admin and Designer client run in Mac OS X.
 
Is that at all possible? If there is already some support for the Admin client on Linux, why not have it run on Mac? I think that this should become an option under the 8.5.1 release that is pending.
