Состоялась Итоговая коллегия Росстандарта
27 марта 2013 года в Росстандарте состоялось заседание Коллегии "Об итогах работы Федерального агентства по техническому регулированию и метрологии в 2012 году и задачах на 2013 год". Перед собравшимися выступили Заместитель Директора департамента оборонной промышленности Правительства Российской Федерации Г.Н. Палагин и Министр по вопросам технического регулирования Евразийской экономической комиссии В.Н. Корешков, которые кратко остановились на состоянии нормативной базы Таможенного союза (ТС) и задачах стандартизации в свете разработки и реализации технических регламентов (ТР) ТС. Итогам работы Росстандарта в 2012 году и задачам ведомства на 2013 год был посвящен доклад Руководителя Росстандарта Г.И. Элькина, который охарактеризовал стандартизацию как самостоятельную систему востребованных документов хорошего качества, применимых, в том числе, и для обеспечения ТР ТС. В докладе было названо количество разработанных в 2012 году стандартов (около 2000), что соответствует 10% обновления национального фонда стандартов. Говоря от задачах стандартизации на 2013 год, Г.И. Элькин выделил основные на предстоящий период: повышение качества разрабатываемых документов и активное привлечение промышленности к разработке стандартов: "Стандартизация должна двигать промышленность вперед". В докладе также говорилось о ходе разработки законопроекта "О стандартизации", о реорганизации технических комитетов с целью повышения эффективности их работы, о деятельности ведомства по обеспечению единства измерений в Российской Федерации, о состоянии эталонной базы и анализе востребованности эталонов. Г.И. Элькин остановился на задачах метрологического надзора и надзора за соблюдением продекларированной на упаковке продукции маркировки ГОСТ. Закончил свое выступление Руководитель Росстандарта напоминанием, что в 2013 году с 16 по 21 сентября в Санкт-Петербурге состоится 36-я Генеральная Ассамблея Международной организации по стандартизации (ИСО), организатором которой выступает Росстандарт. Также на заседании Итоговой коллегии выступили А.Н. Лоцманов - первый заместитель Руководителя Комитета РСПП по техническому регулированию, стандартизации и оценке соответствия, Н.В. Быстров - Заместитель Руководителя Росавтодора, П.Б. Шелищ - председатель Общественного Совета Росстандарта, А.А. Коровайцев - генеральный директор ФГУП "СТАНДАРТИНФОРМ", С.В. Медведевских - директор ФГУП "УНИИМ", Ф.В. Балашов - директор ФБУ "Нижегородский ЦСМ", А.И. Чупрак - технический директор саморегулируемой организации "Некоммерческое Партнерство Национальное Агентство Контроля Сварки" и С.Ф. Кондрашов - председатель ТК 480 "Связь". После заседания коллегии состоялась церемония награждения пяти организаций дипломами "Победитель национального этапа конкурса на соискание Премии Содружества Независимых Государств за достижения в области качества продукции и услуг 2013 года". Награды вручал Руководитель Росстандарта Г.И. Элькин.
