Job purpose is to assess and ensure long term reliability of PL display end product and cooperate with process and product development, process integration, process engineering, FA lab, yield enhancement group and IT across all sites.

• Definition, Planning and Performance of reliability tests regarding split lot evaluation, reliability monitoring, acceleration factor determination, test conditions, test equipment characterization,
