Position: Project Manager

A Project Manager (PM) for EYELEVEL is first and foremost the person responsible for successful project execution both on the high quality production and client satisfaction sides. To do this they must be highly organized individuals, excellent communicators, planners, negotiators and team players working closely with our designers, CAD engineers. PM is the key point of contact for our clients as well as production suppliers. He starts the engine, keeps it running, tanks the fuel and drives the project to its destination in the required quality and time frame. He also provides all information based on which our production suppliers produce the articles in the required quality, quantity, price and time.
PM at EYELEVEL is a highly demanding position, requiring complete dedication and at times even sacrifice from the selected candidate in order to achieve the set goal.
Project Managers are responsible for:
Client Satisfaction (developing and keeping excellent positive yet business-like relationship with all client contacts)
Communication (keeping client and our teams informed at all times and providing answers to any questions regarding the projects he is responsible for)
Driving success of projects (receiving proper briefings, creating planning, organizing internal resources, checking quality of all deliverables, creating project cost estimates, controlling profitability of projects)
Team Management (developing and keeping excellent relationship with all team members and motivating them for high performance)
Sourcing (searching for suppliers and developing mutually satisfying relationships)
Developing new articles (engineering with suppliers, CAD engineers and prototyping)
Briefing suppliers and QC Managers (EL quality standards, processes and specs)
Purchasing (creating purchase orders for production)
Required skills, experience and talents:
Able to work independently, confidently and decisively
Organized, efficient, structured, focused, fast-thinking and goal-oriented
Flexible, dedicated, loyal and passionate for the job
Excellent communication skills for both personal and written interaction with suppliers and EL teams
Minimum 2 years of experience in client service and/ or 3D production of retail fixtures
Experience with retail, interior design or architecture in general (optional)
Experience with Russian paperwork system (i.e. compiling contracts, attachments, “closing docs”, etc.)
Able to learn fast specifics about our industry including materials, production technologies, processes etc.
Own client and/or supplier portfolio is a great advantage
Software
Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint is a must
Adobe Acrobat Professional – the most frequently used software in our job
Any CAD application (not a must)
Languages
English – atruly fluentlevel of English is required for frequent written and verbal communication with international team members and clients - !PLEASE save your and our time if you do not speak fluent English!
Russian – fluent and mistake-free written and verbal
Czech – very welcome
Other languages advantageous
