• Close collaboration with other engineers in Russia and Germany in terms of further yield enhancement, capacity ramp, continuous improvements and process transfer,
• The role will be based in Zelenograd (Russia). At least one year of training will be required in Germany. Occasional international business travel may also be required.

Competencies:

• Degree in Physics, Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of hands-on professional experience in  semiconductor industry or a related area
• Understanding of semiconductor processes, field effect transistor electronics and organic materials
• Designing, conducting and analyzing experiments for improved layer characteristics (uniformity, defects, stability, cycle time and costs)
• Good project management skills
• Forward thinking and strong communication skills
• Structured problem solving methodology
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Fluent in Russian and English. Good German knowledge is a plus.
