(Документ не должен отображаться ни во вьюверах, ни в форме)



Всем здравствуйте. Хочу рассказать о своей проблеме.

Три сервера Domino 7.0.3;
На них крутится документооборот;
Обмен документами между ними происходит репликациями с разграничением прав в ACL;
Один сервер как бы главный и содержит документы свои и других двух, те другие между собой не реплицируются;
Есть база "внутренние документы", в ней самая высокая активность работы, соответственно самый большой объём базы (100000 документов);
На этой базе включен Tratsaction Logging, и Soft Deletion на 21 день;
Около месяца назад случился у них катаклизм непонятный (к сожалению я при нём не присутствовал поэтому подробно описать не могу), что-то случилось с ОС и после восстановления Lotus попросил сделать Fixup этой самой базы "внутренние документы", сделали всё заработало, но при этом база увеличилась в размере (точно на сколько сказать не могу);
База стала нереально рости и через месяц стала весить 488Гб на главном сервере а на остальных двух репликах немного меньше;
При этом на кластере главного сервера реплика весила всего 15Гб, а если снять новую реплику она весит 10Гб;
В общем решил проблему создав реплики и заменив ими рабочие базы, но не могу понять из-за чего такое может произойти, т.е. я могу понят увеличение, но чтобы с 10Гб до 488Гб это слишком;
Остальные базы кстати нормально работают.

Буду признателен если кто нибудь поможет.

Давайте по-порядку ... Релпикация запущена вручную? Если вручную, то по-расписанию запустится параллельно. Пока по расписанию предыдущая репликация не закончится, то следующая и не начнется.

Речь идет только о репликациях, запускаемых по расписанию. Руками не трогаем. Ну а раз они не накладываются, то собственно вопрос такой. Канал связи слабый. Лотусу выделено около 24-32 Кбит/с. При репликации она очень часто завершается неидачей именно с...

продлил сертификат админа... все было нормально и при регистрации нового пользователя вводил только пароль для Certifier'а

но видимо полазил где-то по меню ... и возможно что-то поменял -
-теперь при вводе пароля для сертификатора возникает окно с ошибкой (после того как я указываю файл сертификата в папке. файл указываю тот же который и до этого использовал):

Error updating certifier ID

in the certifier ID with those from the directory on the server you selected

жму "да" и уже только после этого регистрирую...

не могу понять почему вдруг стало сообщение появляться?

Keith Brooks says he didn't make this up. But. First the certifier ID was lost or corrupted. Then, when those expired, the organization name was changed and not everyone got moved over. And. Things didn't improve from there.

Idea: Oh my god! I made a meeting report in my Personal Journal and by accident I deleted the document. Now I have no way to recover it since soft deletions is not enabled by default here.

Idea:
The send announcements feature is an awesome way to keep multiple people up to date in real time (not quite a twitter function, but close) or broadcast a question or thought to others. These announcements however are fleeting and are gone after whatever interval you have to keep them up.  There should be a function like the chat history, that you can pull up the announcements that you at least received that day, and if desired, a longer history.  It should also of course be configurable by policy and the user.

Idea:
To Do docs do not have an exposed time field in the Task form, just a date field for Start Date and Due Date. These values are saved in four fields StartDate, StartDateTime, DueDate, and DueDateTime with a 12:01 PM time stamp. If you set the preference for displaying To Do's on your calendar they show up separate from the other calendar entries (reminders, meetings, appointments) above the calendar.
In contrast, with the Blackberry, if you create a new task and set a Due Date/Time the task will show on your BlackBerry calendar inline as expected. Back in Notes, the task still sits on top of the calendar, but if you peek at the DueDate and DueDateTime fields, you'll see that they are now set to the values you entered on the BlackBerry.
Here, BlackBerry has gotten it right. I'd much rather use Tasks than Reminders on the Notes calendar for tasks because tasks (or Next Action in GTD-speak) can be categorized (Context in GTD-speak) and have a status (done/not done).

Idea:
I love the new Notes8 Domino Web lockout feature.  BUT,  the lockout will not trigger with an LDAP authentication failure.  We use a reverse proxy server that does a LDAP lookup to the Domino Directory before redirecting users to their final iNotes email location.  It's not that useful a feature, if LDAP authentication failure is not detected.
 
My request : Can the new Domino Web Lockout feature be expanded to detect incorrect logins made via the LDAP protocol and trigger a lockout. 
Might as well add this request too : Instead of deleting the user entry to unlock, can the form name be renamed from "userlogin" to "unlocked" (dummy name) so that a Unlocked Users tracking view can be maintained in this inetlockout.nsf
