Вот такая ситуация.
Опытный пользователь включает Debug LotusScript
И меняет значение Continue на 1, т.е. на True, соответственно входит в редактирование, после отработки скрипта в Querymodechange

Народ, подскажите, как и возможно ли в принципе создание кластера почтовых серверов на базе Lotus Domino для внешних клиентов? Т.е. в том же смартфоне настроить POP3 (IMAP) и SMTP сервера на какое-то кластерное имя. Уж очень хочется иметь сервис 24х7....

Необходимо знать, а заходил ли пользователь хоть раз в свою почту (т.е. создана новая учетная запись, но не понятно заходил ли пользователь в БД).
как это можно узнать?

Сервер: Lotus Domino 6.5.4
Шаблон почтовой БД: StdR6Mail/ru

Подскажите, пожалуйста, какие на сервере файлы бд лотуса необходимо архивировать каждый день?
Посредствам самого лотуса архивация не нужа. Написал скрипт, который бы архивировал данные каждый день и каждую неделю. Недельный архив - понятно, что все архивируется, а вот ежедневный, пока не знаю, что надо для восстановления (отката) в случае, если сервер лотуса перестал работать.
Коллеги, подскажите детально, какие именно файлы нужны!?

Have you seen Come Dine With Me? It's the only programme (apart from The Apprentice) that I make a point of sitting down to watch. I love it. As does Karen.

If you've not seen it (I don't know if the format is used in any other country) it's where four strangers from the same city go to each others houses on consecutive nights of a week and get cooked for (and "entertained") by the one whose turn it is to host. After each night the other three guests give the host a mark out of ten. The person with the highest score at the end - after they've all cooked for each other - wins a grand.

Well, like an idiot, I suggested our own take on this format to some of our neighbours a while back, as we discussed the programme. The idea being that we do it with three couples off the street, but (and here's the twist) it's the men that cook.

Why I suggested it I don't know. I think I'd had a few beers and didn't think we'd actually get to doing it.

Like a lot of men I "can" cook but I don't. I looked after myself for ten years and can prepare a square meal that's editable, but I never cook for other people. Therein lies the challenge.

On Saturday night things got underway and we went next door where Pete cooked for the six of us. Alpha male competitiveness aside I have to say he did a great job and has set the bar pretty darn high for Rob (who cooks late May) and I (who has until at least a month or two to prepare).

Pete prepared his own carrot soup, followed by fillet of pork with peppercorn sauce, boiled spuds, asparagus and carrots. For pudding he made a raspberry creme brulee (he even blow-torched the top!). All very nice.

For post-dinner entertainment we played Guitar Hero on the XBox -- complete with a pair of guitars, mic and drumkit. Whilst fun I have to mark him down on that as I soon bored of it and there's little to no interaction with your guests. All it did for me was confirm that I have no rhythm and am completely tone death.

Overall I am going to score 7 for his night. I have a feeling others will mark it higher though and I'm already predicting a win for Pete.

What am I going to do!? Should I start looking for inspiration or can you guys help?

Most of web applications have the same structure: banner, navigator, header, footer, main area, etc.
For almost all traditional notes developers it will be more easier to begin development with xPages with such wizard. With wizards MS received users’ harts:)

Creating navigator using links or javascript libraries is a boring task. It will be more usable and supportable if developer could create navigator using visual tools such as outline for Notes clients.

When the traveler client software is updated to a new version, the user has to navigate to the traveler website and select a client for his PDA / Smartphone.
I wish that there is a functionallity in the client to auto-detect a new version and download / install this new version w/o user interaction.
One could think about a database where the client packages are stored like the update database for the notes client.
Today, an administrator has to copy the new packages to the file system of the traveler server.
Vlad Tatarincev has posted a similar idea on his blog (http://www.vlaad.lv/lotus.nsf/dx/lotus-traveler-update-notification-for-mobile-users) but my suggestion goes one step further ...

Idea:
I would like to see a feature in IdeaJam so that for an organisation that has Lotus Connections we can turn on the ability to see the "Bookmark this!" link on each Idea, comment etc. to facilitate linking into Connections' social bookmarks in Dogear. My understanding is this takes one line of javascript in the HEAD section and one line of javascript where need in the BODY. Seems like an easy win to me.

Yesterday was my last day at IBM, I have now officially joined the ranks of the retired. It's highly unlikely I will be doing any future Notes development so this blog has also come to an end.

Best wishes to everyone in the Notes community, without you I doubt I would have survived in the field as long as I did :)
