Описание позиции
HR director
* Responsible for HR function in Atyrau, HR plans and KPIs
* Employee relations. Staff issues
* Supervision of HR staff. HR tasks allocation. Monitoring progress.
Control
* Communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* HR reports and staff related management information
* Contact person for local authorities, Ministry of Labour
* Promote high performance environment
* Local HR and payroll budget
* Organisation structure. Manpower, documents format
* Control over FTE and payroll expenses. Cost efficiency
* Provide guidance to managers and staff re HR issues
Requirements
* University degree
* 7 years of HR related experience, 5 years on managerial position
* HR certificates would be advantage
* Deep understanding of full HR circle activities
* Profound knowledge of Labour Code and other employment related
regulations
* Kazakh - intermediate
* English - fluent
* Ability to hold staff accountable
* Ability to manage multiple tasks
* Ability to promote HR policies and procedures
* User of 1C HR and Payroll module
* Proficient user of MS Word, Excel, PPT
* Communication skills
* Negotiation skills
* Motivation skills
