«Is smiling stupid?» by Pavel Verbnyak.

A human being uses 12 facial muscles to smile and 113 muscles to frown. When you give a warm, sincere smile, you show that the person is attractive and pleasant to you. The single smile has the power, which can transform a person with low self-esteem, change his attitude to himself from negative to completely satisfactory.
Many long-term marriages and healthy relationships began with a single smile, caught on the fly. Often people say: «When our eyes met, we realized that were meant for each other. »
When you come to work in the morning, smile at each person in your team, ask how they are doing. Dedicate some time to listen to them patiently and smile, when they are talking. When you go from person to person and light them like one candle lights another, people also start smiling. They are more eager to get to work. They are able to work better, because their self-esteem has increased.
