What are my responsibilities?

  • Three assignments, each eight months long, including one assignment abroad
  • Assumption of responsibilities in at least two functional areas
  • Active integration in day-to-day business and project work

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Master or comparable degree completed with above-average grades or a PhD
  • Courses of study: Metallurgical machines and equipment ( MT-10) Machine building technology ( MT-2) Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Drive Technology, Production Engineering, Automation
  • Technology,  Business Administration
  • Fluency in English and Russian; knowledge of further languages is welcome
  • Significant experience of a foreign-speaking culture by way of an extended stay abroad
  • Results orientation, initiative, commitment and motivation
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Well-founded specialist competence, excellent communication skills, assertiveness, flexibility and mobility
  • Convincing personality and a desire to work in an international business environment

What else do I need to know?

  • You will be employed by relative department on permanent labour contract. The SGP is an internationally oriented two-year graduate program aimed at developing up-and-coming leaders. The program is made up of three demanding rotations, each lasting eight months, one of which takes place abroad. We will jointly determine your individual program content based on your interests and qualifications as well as our business requirements. A personal mentor will be at your side for the duration of the program.  You will also receive targeted training in the areas of management and personality development. As our international development program is aimed at recent graduates, you should have finished your studies either within the last year or do so in the next few months.
