Кластерные структуры белков.

Определяя все структуры белков человека я наткнулся на невероятную структуру, которую назвал "монстром" третьей хромосомы:

Начало и конец белка имеет нерегулярную структуру, как и большинство белков. Средняя часть представляет собой программную спираль, но ... с поворотами. Какая конструкция образована этой гигантской программной спиралью? В этом ещё предстоит разобраться. Ясно одно, что перед нами сложнейшая фрактальная структура белковой молекулы. Просто "монстр" :) Похожих по сложности белковых молекул обнаружилось в геноме человека более 10. Некоторые из них мы сегодня рассмотрим.

 

Эта молекула целиком состоит из гигантской программной спирали. Её смоделировать будет проще, т.к. программная спираль подразумевает межвитковые связи, а это облегчает процесс настройки композиционных углов.

"Монстр" шестой хромосомы не такой крупный, но тоже "навороченный". 

 

Структура этой белковой молекулы интересна тем, что имеет рекордно большой цикл программной спирали, 536 аминокислотных остатков! Средняя длина белковых молекул около 200 аминокислотных остатков, а здесь только один цикл насчитывает 536 АО.

 В первой хромосоме встретились три белковых молекулы подряд, в состав которых входят программные спирали:

 

 Аналогичная "троица" встретилась и в шестой хромосоме:

 

Программные спирали - редкая структура. Обычно одна протяженная программная спираль встречается на 1000 белков с нерегулярной структурой. Хотя короткие программные спирали могут попадаться почти в каждом белке.

Большинство белковых молекул имеют кластерную структуру: 

 

 Композиционные коды одного типа группируются, образуя участки прямых или гнутых спиралей.

В средней части белковой молекулы мы видим программную спираль, состоящую из участков альфа-спиралей, которые имеют метиониновый изгиб/излом. Вероятно, эта программная спираль является несущей конструкцией, "скелетом" крупного как бы цилиндрического белка, на стенках которого расположена менее устойчивая, но функциональная "шкура". На белках такого типа можно проще настроить композиционные углы, но для этого нужно создать интерактивную версию программы Пикотех 3D, что, собственно и планируется в лаборатории Наномир уже давно. Главна проблема - слабый интерес "научного" мира, в результате чего финансирование этого научного направления фактически отсутствует, а на старые технологии выбрасываются практически все средства налогоплательщиков. Такая низкая эффективность цивилизации может привести к ее гибели... Надеюсь, что ситуация изменится в связи с определением структур всех белков человека, что по старой технологии просто невозможно ни за какие деньги.

 Эволюционирующие программные спирали белков

  

Программная спираль белка с одинаковыми периодами может существенно усложниться, если периоды начнут меняться / эволюционировать. Такая структура может приобрести невероятную и при этом функциональную форму. После изучения прямых программных спиралей имеет смысл изучить эволюционирующие программные спирали, после чего уже переходить к изучению белковых структур с нерегулярным строением.

При сборке программных спиралей белка звучат циклические и квазициклические мелодии, которые в своё время дали начало народным мелодиям.

 Графики долевого участия с учетом финансовой активности ...

  

На графиках показано, как меняется коэффициент финансовой активности, а вместе с ним и коэффициент долевого участия активных и пассивных инвесторов лаборатории Наномир. К осени 2018 года коэффициенты активных инвесторов в сумме достигнут 100%, а это значит, что они не будут делиться с пассивными инвесторами, которые забыли про лабораторию Наномир. Тем не менее, пассивные инвесторы всегда могут снова стать активными, и через год после возобновления финансирования их долевое участие полностью восстановится. Новые инвесторы стартуют со 100%-ным коэффициентом финансовой активности.

Всё, что необходимо от заказчика, это нуклеотидная последовательность мРНК интересующего его белка (или код этой нуклеотидной последовательности в EMBL, или хотя бы код самого белка в PDB).
