Всё зависит от того, на что конкретно лично у Вас больше всего
уходит времени. Делая следующий выпуск, записывайте во сколько
начали, и во сколько закончили каждый шаг вёрстки.

И зачем использовать форму на сайте? _быстрее_ использовать

imho одна из причин - кодировка DOS прекрасно отображается всеми
современными средствами, и если эта кодировка оказалась
выставлена в настройках, то зачем человек будет что-то менять
(а главное - обращать внимание) если всё работает?
Если программисты (основная масса моих подписчиков) не всегда
чётко понимают что такое кодировка письма или страницы, то что
говорить о подписчиках не программистах...

Отчего же нет - The Bat! делает всё, что Вы перечислили.
Говорят есть надстройка над Outlook для дополнения до
возможностей Мыша, но в живую её работу не видела.

Это то, что касается Вашей ОСи. В других и возможностей больше ;)

А никак. Рассылки продаются, но не покупаются. Посмотрите, какие из
продаваемых рассылок меняют автора (ведущего). А никакие. Сроки
просрачиваются, хозяева не меняются.
Если хотите именно продать рассылку, то лучше спросите у своих подписчиков,
кто хочет ее купить. Сразу имейте ввиду, что рассылки с тиражом меньше 5
тыс., как правило, не пользуются спросом у покупателей.
Если Вы просто не хотите больше вести рассылку, то лучше предложите ее
бесплатно ведущему схожей рассылки. Так будет эффективней. Да и душа за
подписчиков болеть не будет.

А если никаких не ставить? Если никак ничего не менять? Тогда будет отступ
между нижней строкой предыдущего абзаца и верхней строкой следующего ровно в
одну строку. Если копировать в браузере в буыер и потом в текстовом
редакторе (блокноте, например) вставлять, то появится пустая строка там, где
стояло в HTML: <p> или </p>.

Здравствуйте уважаемые автора рассылок!

Мне бы хотелось получить от вас совет вот по какому воросу: как продать рассылку
на аукционе максимально удачно? То есть что для этого необходимо сделать перед
продажей или же необходимо с самого открытия рассылки что-то учитывать?

P.S. Я тут совсем новый участник дисскуссионного листа и поэтому пока тут ничего
не знаю, поэтому если я что-то слал не так, прошу прощения.

Я использую Macromedia Dreamweaver - работаю с кодом на основе
собственного шаблона. Dreamweaver никогда не подводит, и получается
то, что планируется. И гораздо быстрее чем "на сайте в онлайне".
Сохраняю выпуск в HTML формате и вставляю код в письмо в The BAT!

В The BAT! же довожу до ума и текстовую часть рассылки. Для этого
открываю сохраненный HTML файл в Mozilla Firefox и сохраняю его в
текстовом формате. Открываю текст в блокноте, копирую его в письмо и
форматирую с помощью средств встроенного редактора писем The BAT!

Что получилось отправляю почтой на Subscribe и Mail.ru.

Можно конечно готовить и "на сайте в онлайне", если финансы и скорость
позволяют.

Word однозначно не подходит. Выдает в коде слишком много мусора и
серьезно утяжеляет странички (в несколько раз). Вордовский HTML код
почтовыми клиентами нормально не отображается. Не советую.
