Имеется база в 7ке, в ней есть пользователь-автор. Для этого пользователя есть документ, доступный только для чтения (юзеру дана роль, которая числится в Readers документа). Документ открывается с помощью специальной формы для печати (из скрипта на LotusScript). Проблема в том, что документ невозможно отправить на печать: соответствующий пункт меню и кнопка на тулбаре неактивны. Отсюда вопрос: какими дополнительными правами должен обладать пользователь, чтобы распечатать документ?

Такая же история. Выход нашел такой: поставил работать агента по расписанию (через 5 мин) - работает.

Cristian D'Aloisio's Friday afternoon was interrupted when a third party Domino task suddenly stopped working. After running a few tests the decision was made to un-install and re-install the non-working app. While it fixed the problem, further checking discovered an easier fix.

prefixes such as "Re:", "FW:", etc (and other language versions) should be ignored when sorting by subject. I know you can use the threaded discussions, but sometimes I just want to go through my Inbox in subject order

When a server cluster is created, an auto-populate group should also be created and updated when cluster membership is changed.
Would be very useful for managing clusters via configuration docs etc.

Allow multiple meeting owners for a calendar invitation, so that multiple people can at a minimum see invitee status.  (For example, my manager's assistant will schedule a meeting in my manager's name, but primarily on my behalf, but I can't see the invitee status or make any changes to the meeting because she was the one who set it up).
 
An alternative would be to provide a way to share invitee status with all/some meeting attendees.

Idea:
I find that users should be able to change the color of unread mail in the Notes client 8.5 from black to red, either by providing a special mail preference or by providing a seperate theme.
 
The method for changing the color by editing the com.ibm.notes.branding_8.5.0.20081211-1925.jar is to cumbersome and expensive to implement such a change globally for the users that want to keep the look they have come accustomed to for many years.

Idea:
Ability to view your tab'd aplications within your Notes client on separate screens.
This would be particularly useful for integrated apps like Symphony with its doc and spreadsheet tools.
Essentially allowing you to view both apps on a single (or dual) screen without having to flip back and forth between tabs.
Similar concept to opening a browser tab in a New Window, this would be an application tab in a new window.

Idea:
The most common support request I get is to assist a user restore a mail folder they deleted by accident.  If the folder has many subfolders then this is even tricker.  My suggestion is to place deleted folders into the trash folder in much the same way Windows does when you delete a folder.  This would allow most mail users to recover from these potentially embrassing moments with minimal effort.

Idea:
The installation kit are very big in size (more than 700 Mb). For the first installation of the client, it's not neccesary a problem, but for an automatic upgrade it become a problem. Whe have more than 100 geographical locations to upgrade; some locations have very small telecommunication lines (512 K for exemple). The download process of 700 Mb is pratical impossible. It's not possible to have a kit with only differences between the previouses releases ? I don't know if all Eclipse Environment will be always reinstalled ?

Domino 8.5 server crashes in NIFGetContainersOpen.
The Form list in Domino Designer (DDE) 8.5 does not display the entire form name if it contains a comma and does not have an alias. For example, if the form name is "test, this is a test" and it does not have an alias, DDE only displays "test" as the form name. However, if you open the form and look at the form properties, the entire string "test, this is a test" displays as expected.
Newly created users in Lotus Notes who invite the administrator who created their ID file to a meeting receive an error message.
When printing a view of a large number of documents in Notes, the print is truncated. This does not occur when All Documents are selected.
The Notes Client or Designer client crash with the a single Fatal Thread entry in the NSD: nnotesws.CColumnEntry::Format. Note: In some cases a NSD is not produced. The client crash will occur when opening to a certain view, but may also be observed when switching to the view, or switching from and then back to the view.
