1. Perhaps, it's said about a separated couple 'cause people often compares
itself with objects: they have parted like ships in the sea or they are
apart and they will never be together again!
( Может это сказано о "разбежавшейся" паре, люди часто сравнивают себя с
объектами: разошлись, как в море корабли; врозь и уже никогда не будут
вместе, как полюса.)
2. Let's compare north pole and south pole! Is there any difference between
them? Apart from the location on the globe (one is up, another one is down)!
It's HUGE! Otherwise they would not have been apart and would have compiled
the whole one!
(Сравним полюс северный и южный! Есть ли между ними отличие, кроме расположения
на глобусе (один - сверху, другой - снизу)? ОГРОМНОЕ! Иначе они не были бы
"врозь", а составляли бы одно целое.)
