А зачем выписывать форумы по почте, если можно читать в он-лайне?

Затем, чтобы быть вынужденным (вынужденной) ежедневно просматривать сообщения на английском языке! Есть у Вас время на это, нету времени - ящик приходится чистить от лишнего. И чем меньше у Вас времени, чем больше непрочитанных сообщений из интересных форумов, тем интенсивнее будет работать ваш мозг в этой стрессовой нагрузке, выискивая связи среди этой абракадабры, строя догадки о смысле сообщений! День, два этого ада... И Вы либо, наконец-то, плюнете на английский, либо обнаружите, что начали уверенно сортировать сообщения на нужные и не очень, только слегка догадываясь о чем идет речь.

Since the meaning of random changed in NetLogo 2.0, naively loading and executing old models would be likely to introduce bugs, often very subtle ones involving the distribution of random numbers and clustering. Just an opinion about the solution you express: 1. the URN to URL mapping you introduce is technically ok, but is an extrapolation of the standard use of the Catalog, which is to identify in each Resource what controlled vocabulary (usually topicset) is associated with a pattern of elements/attributes in a NewsML instance. In your example there is a load of implicit semantics (this NewsML instance (Urn) is assiated with this feedback form (Url)) : How would a NewsML application know how this has to be interpreted? I think a distributed file system having a file updated at the source (Z), where push replication is used, would fit that scenario well. I think multicasting would be useful for push replication since an update is to be sent to multiple nodes (H, A, B, C) at the same time. However I think organizing the multicast for those nodes will introduce a delay that is not acceptable, especially since each update is fixed in size at less than 1k.
