What does it mean?
1. There is not much to be explained because everybody knows what is to
be sick.
(Объяснять здесь особо нечего, потому что каждый знает, что значит
быть больным.)
2. Sometimes people feel sick after they've drunk a lot or eaten plenty
creamy cakes!
(Иногда люди чувствуют себя больными после того, как они много выпили или
съели много пирожных с кремом!)

Let's guess the meaning!
1. You mean the time when the cows come back home from pasture.
(Вы имеете ввиду то время суток, когда коровы "возвращаются"
с пастбищ домой..)
2. If you think a bit, you'll probably have an idea that cows are not
intelligent enough to come back home. And if yes, when do they do it?
(Если Вы "пораскинете мозгами", то, наверняка, Вас посетит мысль, что
коровы не настолько разумны, чтобы приходить домой. А если да, когда же
они это делают?" )
Here's the meaning:
